Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the travel reservation and arrangement service website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) operated by Gostar Sanso Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) for travel between Japan and India.
Users shall use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish separate travel conditions, cancellation policies, and other rules. Such rules shall constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)
The Company provides the following services:

  • Travel arrangements from India to Japan
  • Travel arrangements from Japan to India
  • Information and arrangements for accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing plans
  • General information and guidance regarding visa applications and procedures
  • Airport transfer, guide services, and activity booking support
  • Other travel-related services

Please note that visa approval is subject to the discretion of the relevant government authorities, and the Company does not guarantee the issuance or approval of any visa.

Article 3 (Reservation and Contract Formation)

  1. Users shall make reservation applications using the method specified by the Company.
  2. The travel contract shall be deemed concluded when the Company sends a reservation confirmation notice to the user.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from errors in passport information, name, travel dates, or any other details provided by the user.
  4. Applications made by minors may require parental or guardian consent.

Article 4 (Travel Documents)

  1. Users shall be responsible for preparing, at their own expense and responsibility, passports, visas, entry permits, and any other required travel documents.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from denied entry, visa deficiencies, insufficient passport validity, or any other related issues.
  3. Immigration laws and entry requirements of each country are subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking the latest information on their own.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The service fees shall be as stated on each plan page or in the quotation provided by the Company.
  2. Payment methods shall include credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified by the Company.
  3. Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, changes in tax systems of each country, or other similar factors.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Changes)

  1. Cancellation or changes after a reservation may be subject to a prescribed cancellation fee or amendment fee.
  2. Airfare, hotel fees, visa-related costs, and other similar expenses may be non-refundable in certain cases.
  3. In the case of a no-show cancellation without prior notice, the full amount may be charged.
  4. Travel itineraries may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, infectious diseases, political situations, airline decisions, or other similar circumstances.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Changes)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Making reservations using false or misleading information.
  2. Making reservations under another person’s name.
  3. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
  4. Acts that interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
  5. Unauthorized access or system attacks.
  6. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, accommodation providers, local service providers, or other third parties.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for theft, accidents, injuries, loss, or similar incidents, except in cases of gross negligence by the Company.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for travel restrictions caused by international circumstances, infectious diseases, government policies, or similar factors.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to texts, images, logos, videos, designs, and other content within the Service shall belong to the Company or the respective legitimate rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall properly manage users’ personal information and handle it in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice if it deems necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on the website.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
